本文对 PM-526型无机涂料粉末、拉膜、使用后的涂层以及经强化试验后的膜样品,进行X-光电子能谱的表面信息分析;指出它是 Ca 基氧化物蒙脱石结构,涂层成膜后与建筑物表面形成Si-O 键,因而是牢固的结合。

The Monte- Carlo method is used to simulate the surface fatigue crack growth rate for offshore structural steel E36-Z35, and to determine the distributions and relevance of the parameters in the Paris equation. By this method, the time and cost of fatigue crack propagation testing can be reduced. The application of the method is demonstrated by use of four sets of fatigue crack propagation data for offshore structural steel E36-Z35. A comparison of the test data with the theoretical prediction for surface crack growth rate shows the application of the simulation method to the fatigue crack propagation tests is successful.

Electrowetting (EW) is an effective way to manipulate small volume liquid in micro- and nano-devices, for it can improve its wettability. Since the late 1990s, electrowetting-on-dielectric (EWOD) has been used widely in bio-MEMS, lab-on-a-chip, etc. Polydimethlsiloxane (PDMS) is extensively utilized as base materials in the fabrication of biomedical micro- and nano-devices. The properties of thin PDMS films used as dielectric layer in EW are studied in this paper. The experimental results show that the thin PDMS films exhibit good properties in EWOD. As to PDMS films with different thicknesses, a threshold voltage and a hysteresis were observed in the EIWOD experiments.

Anodic bonding with thin films of metal or alloy as an intermediate layer, finds increasing applications in micro/nanoelectromechanical systems. At the bonding temperature of 350 degrees C, voltage of 400 V, and 30 min duration, the anodic bonding is completed between Pyrex glass and crystalline silicon coated with an aluminum thin film with a thickness comprised between 50 and 230 nm. Sodium-depleted layers and dendritic nanostructures were observed in Pyrex 7740 glass adjacent to the bonding interface. The sodium depletion width does not increase remarkably with the thickness of aluminum film. The dendritic nanostructures result from aluminum diffusion into the Pyrex glass. This experimental research is expected to enhance the understanding of how the depletion layer and dendritic nanostructures affect the quality of anodic bonding. (C) 2007 Elsevier B.V. 该文采用微分离散差分方法求解滑流条件下的修正Reynolds方程.对于一阶导数间断的物理量-气膜厚度采用高精度保凸性磨光法进行处理.给出了气膜压强分布立体图以及几种因加工误差造成磁头滑块润滑面变形的误差型面的飞升曲线,中心线上压强分布,压力中心和负载随加工误差大小的变化情况,指出了磁头滑块润滑面加工时宁凸勿凹的倾向性意见.

介绍一个计算连续波HF化学激光器浓度场的简化模型。假设速度场与普通平板边界层速度场相似。温度场与浓度场是用联立能量与组份守恒方程以及相似的速度场求解得到的。求得了混合、化学反应区的界面曲线,并研究了气流速度、温度以及化学反应等对激发态HF浓度的影响。

The two-dimensional accelerating theory about solar wind is applied to the study of theaccelerating process of jet beam in the radio galaxy. The flowing features are given with theanalytic method, and the basic flow is along the direction of the jet beam. The mechanism ofacceleration from subsonic to supersonic flow is discussed. At the same time, some fine struc-tures about the double sources in the radio galaxy are explained.

本文通过分子动力学模拟研究了纳米铜团簇的自扩散性质,结果表明Nc8949铜团簇自扩散系数随温度的升高而增大,在温度为1000 K时纳米铜团簇的扩散系数随团簇半径的倒数基本呈线性增加.同时指出在常温下团簇几乎无扩散行为,而某些文献中关于常温下晶粒扩散分子动力学模拟结果是模拟体系宏观转动造成的虚假现象.

The performance of a small high-speed liquid jet apparatus is described. Water jets of 200m/s to 700m/s have been obtained by firing a deformable lead slug from an air rifle into a stainless steel nozzle containing water sealed with a rubber diaphragm. Nozzle devices of using the impact extrusion (IE) method and cumulation (CU) method are designed to generate jets. The injection sequences are visualized using schlieren photography. The difference between the IE and CU methods in the jet generation is found.

提出一种Descartes网格算法,用于数值求解含任意复杂及运动固壁的超声速流动问题.采用位标集函数确定和跟踪流-固界面.引入虚网格技术处理流-固边界条件,并沿法向和切向分别进行计算.该算法简单、稳健,可与高阶有限差分格式并用.选取一组一维/二维静止或运动物体绕流算例,验证其有效性.

根据实验结果和裂缝性压力敏感地层的特性,建立了适合于不同外边界条件下裂缝性压力敏感地层的不定常渗流模型.推导出了裂缝性压力敏感地层的不定常渗流模型的有限元方程.在对区域进行非结构化网格自动划分的基础上,利用有限元计算方法计算出了无限大地层、圆形有界地层以及线性组合边界地层的裂缝性压力敏感地层的井底压力的理论曲线,并对理论曲线特征进行了分析和对比.确定了压力敏感系数以及有效井径组合参数对理论曲线的影响,得到了确定压力敏感油气藏的地层参数的方法.通过某气田高温高压深层气井的实例分析,得到了较好的分析结果,同时也验证该文所建立的裂缝性压力敏感地层的不定常渗流模型的正确性.
